Nelsons Arnicare Arnica Cream is a topical herbal cream traditionally used for the symptomatic relief of bruises. It is also believed to help relieve pain associated with arthritis and muscle soreness.

Effective for all types of bruises resulting from injuries, knocks and falls. It can be used to treat post-surgical swelling and bruising.

Contains Arica montana.

For external use only.

Apply to the affected area 4 times a day as required.

Do not apply to broken or irritated skin.
