For example, a 30G needle with TSKiD™ Max barrels offers an inner diameter up to 65% larger than the ISO standard, enabling practitioners to deliver high-viscosity products more efficiently. Hard polymer hub material
The PRC Control hubs are constructed from an extremely hard, high-strength polymer, ensuring durability and reliability even under high-pressure conditions. This robust material prevents “flexing” or deformation of the hub during injection, which in turn minimizes the risk of leakage or needle pop-off. The hard polymer hub provides a secure and stable connection between the syringe and needle, allowing for accurate and safe administration of medications.
